Now that our main man Jason has retired or at least vastly slowed down his output due to health and gone and moved to Music City USA, who else is available for custom freehand engraving? Is Eric Drake still in the bsuiness?

Hey Johnny:

Your best bet is probably going to be Sherry Huntley of Artistic Engravingshe has been one of the big mainstays for instruments engraving even before Jason started. I als saw on the sax misinformation site that there is a guy in Canada that started doing instruments so you may want to check and see on that too. I hope that helps.

Sherry recut some engraving for me on an old Conn 10M and she did a better job than the original engraver. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Yes, Jason is working again (he was having some hand pain I believe) and as great as ever. He just finished a breathtaking engraving for me... it looks like jewelry!
